How it works

Removal is a process. Here's ours, end to end.

Seven steps, two of them yours. Everything else runs automatically — and everything that completes produces proof you can verify yourself.

01

Tell us who to look for

Your name and city are enough to start. Addresses and phone numbers sharpen matching, but they're optional and added only if you choose — each with a plain explanation of why we ask.

02

We scan the brokers

Automated agents sweep 1,800+ tracked data brokers for records that match you — people-search sites, background-check services, and public-records aggregators. Results come back grouped by risk.

03

We remove your records

Every listing gets an opt-out filed the fastest way that broker supports:

Instant removals
brokers with standardized opt-out processes are handled immediately
Form-based removals
automated browsers fill out multi-step forms on your behalf
Hard cases
unusual broker sites are escalated to AI plus human review
04

You confirm a few by email

Some brokers require email confirmation from you — we can't click those links for you, and any service that says otherwise is overselling. We detect these cases automatically and notify you.

Pro tip: Check your spam folder — broker verification emails often land there. We remind you if you haven't verified within 24 hours.
05

Watch your privacy score climb

A 0–100 score tracks your real exposure: removal progress, broker coverage, response times, and monitoring status. It moves when reality moves.

06

Download proof anyone can verify

Completed removals produce before/after captures and a cryptographically signed record. If we altered it after the fact, verification would fail — that's the point.

07

We keep watching

Automated monitoring re-checks brokers continuously and catches re-listings from fresh public records, then files the removal again. Removal is a process, not an event.

Live figures from our public transparency feed — recomputed continuously, snapshot hashes published.

Transparent limitations

What we can't do — and why you should distrust anyone who won't tell you theirs

This section exists because the fastest way to lose your trust is to overpromise. Here is exactly where the edges are.

Some brokers suppress, not delete
A minority of brokers only suppress your record from public view rather than deleting it. We tell you which behavior each broker exhibits — both count as 'no longer publicly listed', but they're not the same thing and we won't pretend they are.
Your data can come back
Brokers rebuild their databases from fresh public records — new voter rolls, property filings, court records. One-time removal is a myth in this industry. That's why monitoring and re-removal are part of the product, not an upsell.
A few brokers dig in
Some brokers ignore or slow-walk requests. We keep filing, escalate under the applicable law (CCPA, GDPR, DPDP), and show you the full request history either way.
Nobody can delete the dark web
Data already traded in breach dumps can't be deleted by us or anyone else — services claiming dark-web 'removal' are selling fiction. What's possible is monitoring for exposure and locking down the sources brokers use to rebuild profiles.

See it work on your own records.

The free exposure check takes about a minute, stores nothing, and shows you a snapshot of what's out there — paid plans then remove you from up to 1,876 tracked brokers.
